THESE PROCEDURES ONLY APPLY TO AIRCRAFT ENTERING THE NEW YORK CENTER OCEANIC CTA FROM A FAA FACILITY. THE PURPOSE OF THIS NOTAM IS TO EXPLAIN THESE CHANGES.
